LIFESAVERS INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATE APPLICATION

READ BEFORE APPLYING: In order to apply to the Instructor Job Network you must possess a current American Heart CPR Instructor Certification card, your own training equipment and have the ability to teach classes. Forms that do not meet this criteria will not be considered. Filling out the form is not a guarantee or offer of employment and does not constitute a contractual agreement.

Instructions: Please fill in the form and submit for immediate consideration. Once we recieve and review your application we will contact you to set up a formal interiview. You must be able and willing to submit copies of all current certifications in order to proceed to the interview process. This form is used for both the United States and Canadian Instructors.  Canadian Instructors will be contacted by a LifeSavers Canada representative.
